More parent involvement means more opportunities for our kids! Whether you volunteer for an event, organize an initiative, support fundraising, or simply voice your opinion, every effort makes a difference. It’s also a great way to meet families and stay connected to your child’s school life.
Here's how to get involved:
✅ Join our Facebook Group
✅ Attend our next Council Meeting
✅ Sign up as a Volunteer
Please fill out the form below to be added to our volunteer contact list. Signing up does not commit you to a specific activity, it just means we'll reach out when help is needed.
Event Planning & Support
Help plan, set up, or run stations at school events like the Fall Fiesta, pancake breakfast, or teacher appreciation lunch. A great way to meet other parents and bring the community together!
PAC Liaison (Class Parent)
Act as a friendly bridge between your child’s classroom, the PAC, and teachers. Help share information, coordinate class gifts, and build connections among parents.
Communications & Design
Create graphics, posters, or social media posts for PAC events and updates. Perfect for parents who enjoy writing, design or social media.
Fundraising & Sponsorship
Help organize fundraising campaigns, reach out to community sponsors, or brainstorm creative ways to support school initiatives.
Photography & Media
Capture photos at PAC events and activities for our website and social media.
Community Outreach & Engagement
Help welcome new families, gather feedback, seek volunteer support, and find ways to make our PAC more inclusive and helpful for everyone.
Website & Tech Support
Assist in maintaining the PAC website, posting updates or managing online forms and surveys.
PAC Lunch Program
Help manage food vendors and deliveries for our school's lunch program. A great way to contribute behind the scenes while supporting the Grade 7s -- they take care of receiving and distributing meals, so a significant portion of proceeds go toward their year-end camp.
After-School Activities Coordination
Work with vendors and teachers to bring engaging after-school programs in arts, STEM and fitness to Osler.
