PAC Lunch Program

1. Create a new account. Click the Register Here button and follow the steps.
   If you are changing schools, click Login and select “Transfer School”.

2. After adding your child(ren), click the green “Order Lunch!” button to begin ordering.

3. Follow Step B to learn how to order lunch.

1. Log in on MunchaLunch: https://www.munchalunch.com/schools/osler/
   
   

2. Follow the instructions to select your lunches.
   Deadline to order is every Friday at 11:59 pm for the following week’s lunch service.  
   
   

3. Select the “PAY NOW” button to pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). We are charged per transaction, so if you know in advance you would be ordering for a number of weeks, it would raise more funds to group your orders.
   *Please pay full amounts upon each checkout or the orders will not be processed or fulfilled.

4. You will receive a reminder email from MunchaLunch the day before each Hot Lunch day to confirm your order.
   If you do not receive this email the day before, that means your order was not processed and you will not receive lunch on the following day!

There are no refunds for missed hot lunches due to school absences, only credits applied for your MunchaLunch account. Any credit balances at the end of the school year can be used for future orders or considered a donation to the Osler Parent Group (for non-returning students).

We are unable to store lunches for when your child returns to school. If your child is ill/absent, you can arrange with your child’s teacher to pick up their lunch. Otherwise, it will be donated to the school upon delivery.
