Our PAC Lunch Program makes lunchtime easy for busy families, with a variety of meals from local restaurants delivered fresh to school for students to enjoy.

MunchaLunch
Order your child’s lunch through the MunchaLunch ordering system. Scroll down for sign-up instructions.
Order deadline: Every Friday at 11:59 PM for the following week’s lunches. For example, Friday, September 18 at 11:59 PM is the deadline for lunches delivered September 21 to 25.
Payment: Orders must be paid in full at checkout. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
Cancellations & credits: Cancellations made by the Friday deadline will receive a credit to your MunchaLunch account. Refunds are not issued. Credits do not transfer to another school, and any remaining balance at the end of the school year will be considered a donation to Osler PAC.
Absences & Missed Lunches
Please make alternate arrangements when your child will not be at school. This includes field trips, appointments, illness, or other planned or unexpected absences.
Field trips: If your child has a field trip on a day they have ordered lunch, please cancel the order before the Friday deadline or arrange to pick up the lunch when it is delivered.
Illness or absence: We cannot store lunches for students who are absent. If you would like to pick up your child’s lunch, please make arrangements with the school Office in advance so they know what to expect. Otherwise, the lunch will be donated to the school upon delivery.
No refunds: Missed lunches due to absences, transferring schools, or other circumstances are not eligible for a refund. Applicable credits are issued only when an order is cancelled by the Friday deadline.
Sustainability
Please provide reusable cutlery with your child’s lunch, as the school does not provide cutlery. Students are encouraged to bring all containers home for cleaning and recycling to help reduce waste.
Grade 7 Fundraising
Lunches are delivered by our Grade 7 volunteers, and PAC is happy to support their graduation fundraising through the lunch program.
Create a new account. Click the Register Here button and follow the steps.
If you are changing schools, click Login and select “Transfer School”.
After adding your child(ren), click the green “Order Lunch!” button to begin ordering.
Follow Step B to learn how to order lunch.

Follow the instructions to select your lunches.
Deadline to order is every Friday at 11:59 pm for the following week’s lunch service.
Select the “PAY NOW” button to pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). We are charged per transaction, so if you know in advance you would be ordering for a number of weeks, it would raise more funds to group your orders.
*Please pay full amounts upon each checkout or the orders will not be processed or fulfilled.
You will receive a reminder email from MunchaLunch the day before each PAC Lunch day to confirm your order.
If you do not receive this email the day before, that means your order was not processed and you will not receive lunch on the following day!
