Getting to and from afterschool classes
Parents and guardians are responsible for their child's transition to and from their afterschool class. If you feel comfortable with them walking to Multipurpose Room 106 after they are dismissed, please review this with your child's teacher to make sure they are aware of the arrangement. Please pick up your child promptly at the end of class in front of the school entrance on Selkirk Street.
You may want to include a note in your child's lunch or planner to remind them that they have a class that day. Staff are not responsible for escorting or reminding students.
Program registration
All after-school programs are run through external providers. Please note that each provider may have their own policies on registration and enrollment.
Parents must register and pay program providers directly. For those requiring e-Transfer, please send payment prior to the first day of class.
A minimum of 5 to 8 kids (dependent on the program) must be enrolled at least one week before the start date, or the class may be cancelled.
For questions or late registrations, please contact the business directly.
Your feedback is important to us! Email oslerpac@gmail.com if you have questions or suggestions.
Outside of PAC, Osler is fortunate to have YMCA Kids Club operating on-site, offering licensed before and after school care. This program is run independently from PAC and provides a safe, structured environment with play-based activities and outdoor time.
Spaces are limited and the waitlist is often long, so families are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
