Donating to Osler PAC

Osler PAC welcomes cash donations throughout the year! Tax receipts are issued for donations over $20.

Your contributions directly support the many PAC-funded programs and resources that enrich our children's learning experience beyond what public funding provides.

How to Donate

Cash donations can be made anytime through the SchoolCash Online Donations Page.

Under "Fund Destination", please select "Sir William Osler Elementary PAC". Note that when a donation is made, PAC does not receive the donor's name -- if you wish to include your name or a message to our team, please include it in the "Message" section.

Why Donate?

Public funding covers the basics, but many of the things that make our school community special are made possible by parent donations and PAC fundraising. Every contribution, big or small, helps us create a richer, more engaging environment for all students.

How Your Donations Help

PAC funding has supported initiatives such as:

⭐️ Cultural & community programs: School performances, guest educators and PAC-led events

Steps to donate using SchoolCash Online

Step 1: Visit https://vsb.schoolcashonline.com/Fee/Details/1869/196/false/true

Step 2: Fill out the form.
- Fund Destination: Sir William Osler Elementary PAC
- Message: include your name/message if you'd like this passed along to our team, otherwise your donation will be kept anonymous
- Click "Add to Cart"

Step 3: You'll be directed to your shopping cart. Click "Continue".

Step 4: Log into your existing SchoolCashOnline account, or check out as a guest. If you check out as a guest, you'll be prompted for your Name and Address (for tax receipt) after entering your payment information. Complete the payment process.

Step 5: A donation receipt will be emailed to you if your donation was $20 or more. You should receive an email with subject line "SchoolCash Online: DONATION RECEIPT" from SchoolCash Online. If you do not receive the email, please wait 15 minutes and check your Spam inbox before contacting SchoolCash Online for support.
